While I am not an in-network provider with insurance, check your plan and contact your insurance to see if you have out-of-network benefits.  In the event you would you like to use those benefits, I will provide you with a document called a Superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, while you pay the full fee at the time of service. Please contact me with further questions about submitting claims for providers who are out-of-network.
